You can pay by card or bank transfer. Bank transfer needs to be cleared at least 24 hours before delivery.

Your orders will come up to 1 hour before your specified delivery time.

 

For next day delivery, cut-off time is 1pm.

If you cancel your order at least 72 hours before your time slot, you can receive a full refund. If you cancel your order 48-72 hours before delivery, the date can be changed, or you can receive a 50% refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours before delivery will result in a full charge.
